Refund Policy
We do not run free trials. This guarantee is what replaces one — you get the real service on your real connection, and if it does not hold up, you get your money back.

Refund Policy details
01The guarantee
Every livestreams4u subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the service does not perform acceptably on your setup and our support team cannot resolve it, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your subscription fee in full.
This is deliberately the whole promise. There is no minimum usage requirement, no restocking fee, and no requirement to justify yourself beyond letting us try to fix the problem first.
02What qualifies
- Persistent buffering or stream failures that our team cannot resolve, and that are not caused by your internet connection or hardware.
- Channels advertised as carried that are not actually available on your line, where we cannot provide an equivalent.
- The service not working on a device we told you it would work on.
- A line that was never delivered or never activated.
03What does not qualify
These are the honest exclusions. We would rather you know them now than argue about them in week three:
- Problems caused by your internet connection. If a channel plays fine over a VPN or next to your router but not in your lounge, the line is working and the connection is not.
- Refusing to attempt the troubleshooting steps we suggest. We are not asking you to debug our network — we are asking you to try the fix before declaring it broken.
- Buying the wrong plan and changing your mind about the device count. Message us and we will upgrade you rather than refund you.
- A specific channel being withdrawn by its upstream source mid-term, where we provide an equivalent alternative.
- Breach of our acceptable use terms — sharing credentials, public performance, or restreaming. These end the subscription without refund.
- Requests made after the 30-day window has closed.
04How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (347) 676-4880 or email support@livestreams4u.com. Tell us what is wrong, what device you are on, and what you have already tried. If you have a screenshot or a photo of the screen, send it — it usually saves a round trip.
We will try to fix it first. That is not a delay tactic: the large majority of refund requests we receive turn out to be a five-minute configuration fix, and most people would rather have working television than their money back. If we cannot fix it, we process the refund.
05Timing
Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days, back to the method you paid with. How quickly it appears on your side depends on that provider — card refunds typically take a further 3 to 10 business days, and we have no ability to speed that up.
06Partial refunds and renewals
The guarantee applies to the first 30 days of a new subscription. Renewals of an existing line are not covered, on the basis that you have already been using the service and know what you are getting.
If you cancel after the 30-day window, your line continues to the end of the term you paid for. We do not pro-rate the remainder, and we do not silently switch it off.
07Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback. A chargeback on a subscription that has been delivered will result in immediate suspension of the line, and it costs us the fee whether or not the claim is valid. Every case we have ever seen would have been resolved faster by a message.
08Why no free trial
Trials fill server capacity with people testing rather than watching — and that congestion is exactly what makes budget IPTV services stutter when the fixtures stack up. Rather than degrade the service for people who pay, we carry the risk ourselves with this guarantee.
The practical difference for you: instead of a 24-hour trial on a throttled test line, you get 30 days on the real thing, with a refund available the whole time.
Need to make a claim?
Message us and describe what is happening. If we can fix it, we will. If we cannot, we refund you — no argument, no retention script.
