General

About the service

Plans, devices, activation and what happens to your money.

What exactly do I get with a livestreams4u subscription?

You get a personal line — an M3U link or Xtream Codes login — that unlocks 20,000+ live channels and a 126,000-title on-demand library inside any compatible IPTV player. Your plan sets how long the line runs and how many screens can stream at the same time.

Do you offer a free trial?

No. We do not run trials, because they attract people testing lines rather than watching them, and that congestion is exactly what makes other services stutter at kick-off. Instead every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can judge the real service on your own connection with no risk.

How fast is activation?

Most lines are built and delivered within 5 to 15 minutes of your order being confirmed on WhatsApp. Orders placed overnight are handled by the on-shift team — there is no queue that waits for morning.

Which devices work?

Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android phones, tablets and boxes, Android TV and Google TV, Smart TVs from Samsung and LG via SSIPTV, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Roku, MAG boxes, STB Emu, Enigma2 receivers, and Windows or Mac. If it runs an M3U or Xtream player, it runs your line.

How many devices can I use at once?

Whatever you buy — from one up to five simultaneous streams. You can install the line on more devices than that; the limit is only on how many play at the same moment. Going over it just pauses the newest stream, it does not suspend your account.

What internet speed do I need?

Roughly 15 Mbps per HD stream, 25 Mbps for FHD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K. A stable connection matters more than a fast one — a steady 30 Mbps wired line outperforms a 300 Mbps connection over congested Wi-Fi every time.

Will it work with a VPN?

Yes, and there is no requirement to use one. Some ISPs throttle sustained video traffic in the evening; if you see slowdowns only at peak hours, a VPN often clears it. Pick a server geographically near you rather than the furthest one.

Is there catch-up and a full TV guide?

Both. Supported channels carry up to 7 days of catch-up, and the EPG is mapped across the lineup so your player shows real programme titles, times and descriptions rather than blank slots.

How do I pay?

Every order runs through WhatsApp on +1 (347) 676-4880. Confirm your plan there and the team will send the current payment options along with your activation details once it clears.

What happens when my subscription runs out?

Your line simply stops. Message us any time before or after expiry to renew and we extend the same credentials — you do not reconfigure anything on your devices, the picture just comes back.

What does the money-back guarantee cover?

If the service does not perform on your setup and our team cannot fix it, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the subscription fee. The full terms are on our refund policy page.

Is this a legal service?

livestreams4u operates as a licensed content distributor and pays for the rights it carries. We publish real terms, a privacy policy and a DMCA process, and we act on every valid rights-holder notice we receive.

Troubleshooting

When something goes wrong

Six of these seven you can fix yourself in under five minutes. The seventh, message us.

Channels buffer in the evening but are fine in the morning

That pattern is your ISP shaping video traffic at peak time, not the line — the servers do not know what time it is where you are. Test it: run a channel with a VPN on for ten minutes. If it clears, your ISP is throttling. Pick a VPN server near you rather than the fastest-looking one on the list.

Everything buffers, all the time

Almost always Wi-Fi. Move the device to the 5GHz band, or run an Ethernet cable or powerline adapter to it. A steady 30 Mbps wired connection beats a 300 Mbps one over congested Wi-Fi every single evening.

One channel is down but the rest work

A single source has dropped and we usually have it back within minutes. Send us the exact channel name on WhatsApp — the name matters, since there are often several feeds with similar titles — and we will switch you to a working source.

"Invalid credentials" or "wrong username and password"

Nine times out of ten this is a typo or an autocorrected capital letter. Copy and paste each field straight from the WhatsApp message rather than typing it. If it still fails, your subscription may have expired — message us and we will check the line in a moment.

The guide is empty or shows the wrong programmes

The EPG downloads separately from the channels and can take a few minutes on first load. In TiviMate, go to Settings → Playlists → EPG and force an update. In Smarters, use the built-in EPG rather than an external source.

A stream plays but the picture is soft or blocky

Check what quality your app is requesting — many default to auto and settle low after one bad moment. Force FHD or 4K in the player settings. On a TV, also turn off motion smoothing, which makes fast sport look worse than the stream actually is.

It worked yesterday and today nothing loads

Check your subscription end date first, then restart the device fully (pull the power for ten seconds, not just standby). If both are fine, message us — if a server moved, we push you to the new one in under a minute.

Question not covered?

Ask it on WhatsApp. You get a person, not a ticket number — and if the answer is “no, we cannot do that”, you will get that too rather than a sales pitch.
